Shipping policy

We're a small, made-to-order brand -- every piece is printed and shipped by our production partner once you place your order, so please read the timelines below before checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are produced on demand and typically leave our facility within 7-12 business days. During drops, holidays, or high-volume periods this can run slightly longer -- check your confirmation email for tracking as soon as it ships.

Shipping Cost

Standard shipping is free on every order within the United States.

Delivery Estimates (after processing)

United States: 3-5 business days
Canada: 5-10 business days
United Kingdom, Europe, Japan: 5-12 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 7-14 business days
Rest of world: 10-20 business days

Delivery times are estimates from our carriers and are not guaranteed -- customs holds and regional carrier delays can add time to international orders.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves production. If tracking hasn't updated in 5+ business days, email us at hello@manandwomanbrand.com and we'll look into it.

Address Changes

Because production starts quickly, we can only change a shipping address within a few hours of order placement. Email us immediately at hello@manandwomanbrand.com if you need to correct one.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is marked delivered but you haven't received it, or tracking has stalled, contact us at hello@manandwomanbrand.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
